Technically, this is a 4-ingredient cookie dough, but I love chocolate chips and some extra crunch to my soft cookies. You can add or not add any of those additions, make the dough your own!
This cook time will give you soft cookies, but not gooey. They are meant to be thick and tall, and they melt like butter. These are great for gatherings, or you can stick them in the refrigerator to keep chilled and add them as a little dessert at the end of each day. I like to make a whole batch for myself and take them as a lunch dessert, a midnight snack, and whenever I’m craving a soft cookie, I have one on hand.
